After chilling our bones for the last what seems like 6 months, the end of Winter is upon us – with Spring officially starting on the 20th March. With clocks moving forward an hour a week later on the 28th we are getting to the time of long dusky evenings and warmer weather.
Here at the Clay Oven we are getting excited and are stocking up on more fresh ingredients ready for our customers to enjoy a wider range of dishes rather than just seeking the warmth of hot spice!
