The Clay Oven Heat Wave – Our Hot to Mild dishes

Do you ever wonder about which is the best dish to go for depending on your appetite for hot food.  True Indian cuisine has a reputation for being spicy hot – but depending on what you order – that isn’t necessarily the case.

Here is a little league table – starting very mild (almost child friendly) to the extremely spicy (true curry fanatics).  Around 4 to 7 is where most people sit comfortably – but you can work your way up or down depending on how you find each dish!
