Healthy Takeaway?

How often do you get home from work and just fancy slumping on the sofa – or just want a break after a busy day at home with the family.  A takeaway may seem like the perfect option – but is it all just a bit unhealthy?  Whilst there is little denying that some of our dishes have quite a few calories – there are a few simple rules you can follow to get a healthier meal.

  • Green chillies can be hot – but contain lots of vitamin C
  • Order some chapattis instead of the traditional naan – they’re wholemeal too!

You can enjoy this all in the comfort of your own home.  Either call us for a takeaway (delivered free within 3 miles of the restaurant) – or come and pick up your meal direct – whichever is easier.
