This is as smooth as can be. We home make our Indian Panir Cheese and marinate it to imbue it with flavour. This delicately flavoured cheese is then cooked in a mild and creamy sauce rich with almonds.

Featured Dish – Alo Gosht

This is a dish with a bit more spice – but nothing too major.  A curry with beautifully cooked potato (aloo) and lamb (gosht) and a sauce flavoured with delightful fresh herbs and spices.  Enjoy this with a few chapattis – they are perfect wrapped around it!

Featured Dish – Makkhani Murgh

Our first dish is a buttery delight.  There is something incredible about the taste of butter in a dish, and when it is the base of a mildly spiced sauce wrapping itself around perfectly cooked chicken kebabs it takes on a further dimension.  Serve this dish on lovely rice and love it.
