Featured Dish – Sarisha Murgh

The delightful flavour of ground mustard may conjure up thoughts of Norwich – but here it is – perfectly at home in a great Indian curry. Lovely diced chicken is barbecued in the tandoor before being cooked in a lovely mustardy sauce with the added sharpness of green herbs.

Featured Dish – Green Herb Chicken

A dish of contrasts – the first ingredient being mildly spiced chicken cooked to tender perfection. From there a fresh sauce of gently softened tomato, crunchy green pepper, fresh spring onion, ginger and coriander create a nice and spicy sauce.
